PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION – CREDIT CARD ON FILE
TERMS & CONDITIONS
* All services provided by Ad Guys – Advertising Solutions will be carried out as per the agreed package and timeline. * Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. * For recurring services, the client authorizes Ad Guys to charge the card on file as per the agreed billing cycle. * Printing costs are non-refundable once production has begun. * Ad Guys is not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. * Flyer distribution is conducted professionally; however, exact delivery to every individual household cannot be guaranteed due to restrictions (e.g., "No Flyers/No Soliciting" signage). * Portable sign placement is subject to location availability and property permissions. * Website management services are limited to the agreed scope unless additional work is approved. * Any cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing. * This contract remains active unless notified and acknowledged in writing by Ad Guys * Ad Guys reserves the right to suspend services in case of non-payment.
